Testimonials

"We are very excited to build with Gordon Bourke. Having built with 2 other builders in the past I must say so far our experience has been nothing but great. Crystal has been absolutely wonderful and very informative and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I annoy her quite regularly with calls, visits and text messages and it's never a problem. We are very happy with the quality of fixtures and fittings and can't wait for the finished product."

Crystal is an absolute treasure to Gordon Bourke Homes. She was incredibly helpful and valuable during the early days of our build. Crystal was always reachable and answered many of my silly questions with a smile. Crystal, you are such a kind, genuine and friendly person :)

The whole building experience would not have been the same without her and we truly appreciate all she has done.

In a world where SO much has changed since our last build five years ago, Crystal from Gordon Bourke Homes has been the sense of calm in the turbulent seas that seem to surround construction now. She has effortlessly guided us from our concept to plans to slab down, and we couldn't be happier with the support she has provided. She has answered all of our questions without making us feel silly for asking them, and has helped us in resolving any issues as they popped up. I would absolutely recommend working with Crystal if you have the chance!

Thank you to all the team at Gordon Bourke for a fabulous experience with building my wonderful home. It did turn out just as I had dreamed 😁

From my first contact with Sean, on-site discussions with Ian, colour selections with Jodie, admin assistance from Tonya and regular updates with Paul throughout the build, the entire team have been helpful, courteous and a pleasure to work with. A big thank you to all and huge recommendations to trust Gordon Bourke with your build!

Shawn provided exceptional service and no question was a dumb question (and I asked many!!). He was professional and friendly and took the time to explain the process fully and in easy to understand way...which is great as I've never built a house before and didn't really know what I was doing. I appreciated his patience. Shawn helped me personalize my design and guided me every step of the way to getting approvals etc. Now I can't wait to see my house plan become a reality!!

We have just built a house with Gordon Bourke Homes. The hardest part of the process was picking the colours of tiles, flooring, bricks and paint colour inside, and all done with expert help. I would gladly build another home with Gordon Bourke, they made everything so easy.
