Stage 3

Construction of Akora Stage 3 has also been completed by Hutchinsons and the Survey Plan is being prepared by Byrne Surveyors. The development engineers from Toowoomba Regional Council are currently inspecting the infrastructure constructed for 'on maintenance' approval. Stages 1 & 2 of Akora will be sold prior to releasing the Stage 3 lots for sale
